Staging Occupied Homes
The first step in a successful sale takes place the moment a potential buyer begins to imagine themselves living in the house. We accomplish this with our knowledge and experience of what home features have the greatest appeal to today's buyers and with our talents translate that into room "vignettes" that accent and enhance those home features. Without a positive emotional connection your home may get "showings" but probably no offers, and if you do get offers they may be "low balls" Your home needs to "grab" home seekers at the curb and impress them as soon as they walk through the door and throughout their tour. At the end of the viewing you want them and their agent to leave with a positive lasting impression.
By redesigning rooms, removing clutter and rearranging furniture we will give your home the best chance of selling. Homes cluttered with personal belongings tend to overwhelm buyers. We will bring out the unique features of your home and
de-emphasize those that aren't. Our knowledge of the real estate market place, our talent in placing furniture and accessories and our objectivity in merchandising your home as a product are the real values to you.
NEW CONSTRUCTION or VACANT HOMES
We advise, that as a minimum, our builders, owners or agents, should stage the main rooms including the kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, and master bedroom and bath. We typically tour the home with the owner/ builder and/or agent and make a room by room assessment as to what would look best in the rooms for selling purposes. We try to get as much past buyer feedback as possible. We provide for all furniture and accessories including installation, delivery and retrieval of all the items when the property sells. If builders/buyers wish to purchase any or all of the furniture or accessories we will be delighted to work something out. (Accessories include home and wall decor, rugs, pictures, candles, towels and other decorative pieces.)
Move in Service
You move into your new home, put away all your personal items. While you are out for the day our Staging Team will set up your home with your furniture, artwork and accessories. Placing them all in the right spaces for your new home.
After you have had some time living in your new home, we suggest working with one of our Interior Stylist for a compete home redesign, paint color, window and floor treatments along with a plan to style your home to match you and your family's lifestyle.
