Staging Occupied Homes
Our fees include a detailed room by room staging consultation and written report on accessories ideas and furniture placement, and if possible, moving and rearranging owners items. Based on size of home. starting at $225.00. min 2hrs.
Vacant Home Staging
Our fees include a detailed report on all furniture and accessories that will be used in the home. Rental fees will apply.
Move-In Service
Our Fees will include a full day of staging and arranging furniture, hanging pictures and placing all your beautiful accessories in just the right spot. 50.00-75.00 per hr. We will also include a report on ideas we have for paint color, window treatment and flooring.
Interior Stylist Network
Our Fees are hourly $75.00-$100.00. Three time a year we have a room re-design special.
